AFIIG’s goal is to consider property acquisition by buying/holding, fixing/flipping, buying/selling for profit, and other opportunities from a unique perspective. AFIIG shall aim to minimize its risk consequentially; maximizing its value hence leading the Corporation to identify the best use for properties that shall produce an acceptable return. The Corporation shall identify the lowest and the best use option to ensure that risk receives equal or greater deliberation than return in AFIIG’s business plan. The easing of risk, identifying the best use and the design of relative security in the returns are most important motivators found in the AFIIG’s philosophy. AFIIG’s major goal is to provide a means of savings the neighborhood, future growth of the neighborhood, create affordable renting homes/apartments, and retirement plan for its members.
