AFIIG anticipate becoming a Not for Profit Corporation registered under the state of Illinois and also a federal tax exemption under IRS ruling number 501(C) (3). AFIIG is aiming to serve its members by empowering them to use and adhere to sound financial management in maintaining their incomes and how to conduct business transaction as a unified front.
AFIIG shall help its members to in investment, development, redevelopment, and educate them in acquiring distress properties in their surrounding neighborhood through interest free methods.
The Corporation shall purchase short-sales, foreclosure, tax sales properties and businesses in and around the City of Chicago and its neighboring suburbs. The goal of AFIIG is to unleash the power of unity amongst its members, helps them save their money, provide retirement opportunity; provide affordable housing, and passive income.
The corporation members shall start donating and contributing their membership dues to AFIIG starting April 1st 2013; the members shall be provided the opportunity to renting the purchased properties through AFIIG’s home management team. The donation and dues contributions is to purchase real estate properties and businesses. All purchases will be cash buys Insha Allah (God Willing).
